Supported destinations, shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates will be published before checkout opens. Stripe Checkout will display the applicable option before an order is submitted.

Order changes

Contact support@moonstat.io as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Returns

The final return period, eligibility conditions, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing will be published before checkout opens. Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damage in transit

Keep all packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and parcel.
