MoonStat app

MoonStat is provided free of charge. It is a monitoring and convenience utility, not a safety certification or guarantee against heat-related damage. Do not obstruct MacBook vents, and stop use if macOS reports serious or critical thermal conditions.

Backpack orders

An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we send an order confirmation. Availability, delivery estimates, supported destinations, and the final price will be shown before checkout is enabled.

Product development

Images and descriptions must reflect the production product at the time of sale. Before checkout opens, we will publish final materials, dimensions, weight, fan specifications, included accessories, warranty terms, and safety instructions.

Returns

Return conditions are described in our Shipping & returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
